This Eternal Thread: A full moon performance, ritual and video installation with visual artist, Corinne Spencer

7 - 9pm, Wednesday December 14

Suggested donation $15/20

Through an experimental, immersive video installation interwoven with live performance, narration and a full moon ritual, this gathering at Inner Fields explores the contrast between an individual's sense of deep separation, our common humanity, and the universal law of interdependence. Using performance and video to express the interior world and its rhythms of awakening, blooming, transcendence and decay, Corinne will be creating a multi-sensory, participatory full moon ritual as an expression of our natural belonging to the universe and each other.

Corinne Spencer is a video and performance artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She has exhibited and performed at the Central Square Theater (Boston, MA), Oberon Theater (Cambridge, MA) and the Pozen Center for Interrelated Media (Boston, MA). She was a participant in the 2014 residency cycle of the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and a commissioned artist in the 2015 Boston Arts Emerge Festival. In 2016 participated in inaugural cycle of the Pearl Diving Movement Residency as a visiting artist.
